We are now hiring experienced CDL drivers for local, over the road, and heavy haul/specialized oversized loads. At Dixie Trucking, everyone is treated like they are a part of this family-owned business. With our company owner starting out as a truck driver, and still completing hauls when needed, we know the ends and outs of the transportation industry.  We aim to treat every employee here with the same amount of respect. Our team is dedicated to making sure that you are valued and because of that, we do not offer sign-on bonuses. We feel that wouldn’t be fair to our current employees who are the backbone of our company. We do offer achievable bonus opportunities once at Dixie.

We expect our employees to interact with customers and coworkers in a professional and timely manner. Now we understand some things are out of our control, but we expect prompt pick ups and deliveries in a safe manner on every load. The key word is safe: we demand our employees perform the duties they are asked, and while doing so, following the rules and regulations set forth by the FMCSA. 

Our trucks average 150,000 miles and 1.5 years old. This year alone, we were able to add 30 new tractors and 40+ new trailers. The quality and condition of our fleet is unmatched, and we aim to keep them that way.
